The artistic directors of the reopening of Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral wanted Alessandro Ghirelli in Paris several times to work with him directly on site. The invitation was a valuable gesture to allow him to preview the work in progress and understand the spirit that guided the long restoration process. These visits were intended to provide Alessandro with the necessary inspiration for the Creation of the official Rosary, a masterpiece that will accompany the celebration of the return of the Cathedral to full functionality on December 8, 2024.  Alessandro was thus able to absorb the unique atmosphere of the place and translate into artistic form on the Rosary the meaning of a historic and symbolic event of great importance for Paris and the entire world.
